Perhentian village (1)
This beautiful picture was taken at the beginning of the jetty of Pehrentian village, when a smal fishing boat has just arrived; a fisher man is busy unboarding is products.
The 4 colors of the ocean (China Sea) at the side of the beach respectively corresponding from the beach to the died corals band large of 1 meter, then a degrated of blue color due to the white, thin sand where the sun is reflecting, and finally deepness of the sea.

There is the view people can have when arriving on Long Beach, the most famous beach, but also the most crowded of Pulau Perhentian.

The water is really crystal clear and with a light turquoise color, the blue sky reflecting on the water surface.
His transparency is certainly due, for a major part, to the sun reverberation on the white sand, when the water is only 30 cm deep. the wavelets are giving this bright aspect.

Village Perhentian (1), 3 ans après
Je suis retourné en 2006 au même endroit, à l'embarquadère du village Perhentian où j'avais pris une si belle photo... J'ai constaté hélas, que le site avait bien changé, car des rochersont été amenés.

Restaurant à éviter en raison du service de très mauvaise qualité. J'avais commandé depuis 1h quand on m'a dit qu'il n'y avait plus de poulet et qu'il fallait aller en chercher dans un autre restaurant ! Les mauvaises langues diront que le service est moins bon car assuré par des Malais oisifs, contrairement aux autres restaurants tenus par des Chinois...
